We Share the Table
Freshly sourced, carefully selected, cut, and arranged—the table comes into being only to vanish within the same day. A fleeting composition of elements from different places, it is assembled into a whole, only to be dismantled piece by piece by those who gather around it. Each bite, each fragment taken, is not just sustenance but a vessel of memory, dissolving into individual experiences. What was once a shared presence is dispersed, carried away by each participant, transformed into personal recollections—a collective memory, fragmented yet alive, beyond the table itself.

2025 YDG Event “Organism”
A Pop-up Event
A vibrant charcuterie set, artfully arranged with cured meats, from delicate prosciutto to spicy salami, alongside creamy brie, aged cheddar, and crumbly blue cheese. Fresh and dried fruits—grapes, strawberries, figs—add sweetness, while crispy chips, buttery crackers, and toasted baguette slices provide crunch. A touch of indulgence comes with cookies, from delicate shortbread to rich chocolate-dipped biscotti. Small bowls of honey, fig jam, and mustard invite layering flavors, while nuts add the final bite. A perfect balance of texture and taste, meant to be savored and shared.
The food chain presents us with a diversity of ingredients from different places and times—cut, reassembled into boxes, and displayed on shelves. The relationship between parts and whole forms an intricate network, constantly shifting. By imagining parallel worlds emerging from different combinations of these elements, the dining experience reveals itself as a fleeting concurrent presence —a moment where the table exists as a unified whole, only to be dismantled just as quickly, each piece carried away into individual memories.
